Effect of resistance training on the biomechanics and accuracy of serve receiving skills in volleyball

This study aimed to identify the effect of resistance training on biomechanics and accuracy serve receiving skills in volleyball. The research community was composed 26 young volleyball players Baghdad clubs. A total 4 were selected for preliminary experiment, while 14 participants recruited as main sample study. In present study, a set exercises designed by researchers sample. Exercises performed during course biomechanical variables considered were: Preparation moment (shoulder joint angle, hip knee angle), propulsion angle). Based findings concluded that had positive impact participants.
